  Beware of dealing with Graceland unless you have everything in writing. My experience is they have "side" practices they follow that are not in their contracts. Even when Graceland was presented the opportunity to follow what's in their contract and do the right thing, they chose not to and instead made a list of excuses to support why they wouldn't. They even went so far to say that "... it is company policy (and normal across the industry)" so I checked 3 other cemeteries within a 35 mile radius to see if that was true. Two of the cemeteries said it was NOT normal across the industry and one stated that while they loosely see Graceland's argument, they would have complied with the actual contractual intentions for the sake of customer service and because we (the customer) have shown faith to fulfill our end of the contract. Save yourself the trouble and deal with cemeteries that abide by their own contracts and don't assume their customers whom they enter into contracts with are out to screw them. There are far more beautiful and professional cemeteries out there.

  My son is buried there, also my ex in laws, looks clean and peaceful like a cemetery should

  Very clean grounds that they keep up and play pokemon go on. Staff is friendly. I read another review saying they were trying to scam people but they person didn't say exactly what they did wrong so I don't believe it

  I rate the cemetery as poor,I became aware of the cemetery in 2000,it was beautiful then,has done nothing but gone down hill since,the geese are everywhere,the pond is filled with ugly green moss,horrible,why not fill it in,it is not attractive at all,needs an operating air rator.I purchased the headstone for $1100.Have to pull the grass away from it when I visit,

  The staff really cares and does it's best to accommodate all family needs. This is a peaceful, beautiful area and I am glad to own property here!
